Requirements and Responsibilities

- Applicants must reside in Western Canada.
- A consistently proven ability to coach and mentor workers, front line leaders, supervisors, managers and executives to achieving industry leading safety excellence culture improvements.
- Training, facilitation and developing relationships and behavior change towards personal and team improvements are required.
- Decade(s)



of relative experience and education developing superior behaviors and delivering consistently outstanding HSE results.
- Industry expertise in delivering equality between money, production, time and HSE is essential in any candidate application.
- Experience with advanced Health, Safety and Environmental Managements Systems (HSEMS) for operational excellence, discipline and integrity through onsite application is paramount.
- Career history relative to the requirements described with specific experience in the oil, gas and energy industries.

Salary Range: USD$900 - $1150/dsy

Schedule: 28/28 International

This is a contractor position, applicants must have their own contracting company.

All client-approved costs covered, no out-of-pocket expenses.

Pay: $1,200.00-$1,600.00 per day
