THE ROLE The Inventory Associate is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the organization and administration of our inventory. Reporting to the District Manager the Inventory Associate will support in receiving, processing, tagging, and handling inventory from the warehouse to our retail sales floor.

Responsibilities

As the Inventory Associate, you will:

- Process incoming and outgoing shipments from warehouse, from stores and to stores.
- unpack, sort, organize, and distribute incoming merchandise.
- Organize and maintain stockroom inventory by brand, category, or season as appropriate.
- Maintain stock levels on the sales floor based off what is sold and what is on hand.
- Maintain organized stockrooms and back-of-house areas.
- Assist with supplies, tagging materials, packaging, and general warehouse organization.
- Assist with seasonal inventory movement, markdown periods, and other high-volume operational needs.

THE QUALIFICATIONS The Inventory Associate has:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Dependable, punctual,



and able to work independently.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy retail environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to perform physical stock duties, including unpacking, moving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.
- Positive, versatile attitude with a willingness to support both store and warehouse team.
