As a Dispatchable Field Service Representative, you'll be on the front lines providing operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems for our customers from one of a variety of industries. Conduct maintenance and calibration activities on various treatment plant instrumentation Consult with customer management and operation teams Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications Monitor and optimize equipment performance Install and provide maintenance activities on various UF membrane configurations Provide excellent mechanical know-how and problem-solving skills Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, process and controls on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors pumps, blowers, instrumentation, chemical injection systems and automation hardware Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems Perform analytical testing such as: turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirements Review customer plant installations and compare against Veolia's reference drawings (P&IDs;, electrical schematics, general arrangement, etc.)
