In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of computer hardware, networking equipment, and low voltage systems. Your mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand tools will be essential in ensuring seamless operations and quick resolutions to technical issues.

Duties

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, network devices, and low voltage systems at client locations.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to accurately diagnose issues.
- Utilize hand tools and mechanical knowledge to repair or replace faulty components efficiently.
- Conduct site assessments to identify potential technical or safety concerns related to computer networking and low voltage systems.
- Document all service activities meticulously through detailed reports and logs for future reference.
- Collaborate with clients to provide technical guidance,



answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction during service visits.

Skills

- Strong understanding of computer networking principles including LAN/WAN configurations.
- Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using various hand tools for repairs and installations.
- Knowledge of computer hardware components such as motherboards, drives, memory modules, and peripherals.
- Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals accurately.
- Familiarity with low voltage systems including security alarms, access controls, CCTV cameras, and intercoms.
- Basic understanding of maintenance procedures for electronic equipment in diverse environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues on-site.
