We are looking for a JIRA Expert with Payments domain experience for a part-time remote role. You will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing JIRA for our payments product teams and ensuring smooth Agile delivery.
What You'll Do
Own JIRA administration, configuration, and workflowsDesign custom workflows, screens, fields, permissions, and automation for Payments SDLCCreate advanced dashboards, JQL filters, and Agile reports (velocity, burndown, release tracking)Integrate JIRA with Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins, SlackSupport Scrum / Kanban teams with backlog management and release planningTrain team members on JIRA best practices and governanceRequired Skills:4+ years experience as JIRA Administrator / JIRA ExpertStrong hands-on experience in Payments / Fintech / Banking (Cards, ACH, Wires, ISO 20022, Real-time payments)Expert in Jira Software,
JQL, Automation, Advanced RoadmapsStrong understanding of Agile (Scrum / Kanban / SAFe)Excellent communication and documentation skillsPreferred:Atlassian Certifications (ACP-100, ACP-120)Experience with Xray, Zephyr, ScriptRunner,
