We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Automotive Technician / Working Shop Foreman to join our dynamic service team. Responsibilities

- Perform complex automotive repairs and diagnostics using advanced tools, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Lead and supervise the shop team, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion of repairs.
- Conduct welding, assembly, and maintenance tasks as needed to support vehicle repair projects.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques safely and effectively during repairs.
- Review vehicle schematics and mechanical diagrams to troubleshoot issues accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with dealership standards, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
- Mentor junior technicians,



providing guidance on best practices in automotive repair and shop procedures.

Qualifications

- Proven journeyman-level experience as an automotive technician with dealership or similar experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge across a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
- Skilled in welding, assembly, and the use of various hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to interpret schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic data accurately.
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and performing maintenance tasks in a busy shop environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on transparent communication and professionalism.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus but not mandatory; leadership qualities are highly valued.
