We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and energetic Dental Receptionist to join our growing dental team!

We are looking for someone who brings positive energy, a warm personality, and a genuine passion for connecting with people. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a busy, team-oriented setting with excellent customer service in mind.

Key Responsibilities

- Warmly greet patients and create a welcoming, positive first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and patient inquiries.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and patient messages professionally.
- Coordinate patient flow and communicate effectively with the clinical team.
- Process insurance claims, payments, and patient accounts.
- Explain treatment estimates, insurance coverage, and financial arrangements.
- Maintain accurate patient records and support daily front-desk operations.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and efficient team atmosphere.

- Previous dental reception experience is preferred
- Familiarity with dental software and insurance billing is an asset.
- Ability to communicate in Korean is an asset.

Compensation

$20+ per hour, negotiable based on experience (we can provide training)
