Overview

We are seeking a current Junior Foreman to join our team as we grow. We are looking for someone who is friendly, mechanically minded, creative, and hardworking.

Responsibilities

- Site Measurement for custom miscellaneous metals and strucutral steel
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and customers to facilitate smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Monitor site safety practices, enforce safety regulations, and conduct regular safety inspections to prevent accidents
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide onsite activities
- Support quality control efforts by inspecting work for compliance with project specifications and standards
- Be customer facing onsite and in person dealing with customers
- Fabricating custom miscellaneous metals and strucural steel
- Installing and overseeing installation of miscellaneous metals and structural steel

Qualifications

- Proven supervising or leadership experience in a construction environment
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality assurance practices




- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents accurately
- 3 Years of welding and fabricating experience in construction
- Stick and Mig welding experience
- Ability to run equipment such as forklifts, telehandlers and skyjacks safely
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with our customers
- Construction experience across various trades is highly desirable
- A clean driving record to drive company trucks

We are looking for someone to grow with us and help develop the business. We are happy to provide training as needed in particular skills or areas. The main thing we are looking for is someone who is responsible, with a good attitude and that is willing to learn and grow.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
