Lambert Nemec Group is partnering with our client, a well-established, local organization to recruit for a Junior Human Resources Business Partner. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven HR professional who enjoys working directly with leaders and employees to support day-to-day people needs, resolve workplace concerns, and help attract strong talent. This is a great fit for an HR professional with a few years of generalist experience who is ready to take on more ownership and build real partnerships across the business.

What You'll Do

Support the full recruitment cycle: work with hiring managers to define needs, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers Act as a trusted point of contact for managers and employees on HR questions, policies, and workplace matters Handle employee relations issues from intake through resolution, including coaching managers through difficult conversations Partner with leaders on performance management, onboarding, and employee engagement Contribute to HR projects and programs, including policy updates and people-related initiatives Keep HR practices consistent and compliant with employment legislation What You Bring 3 to 5 years of HR generalist, HR advisor, or HR coordinator experience Hands-on recruitment experience,
