About the RoleWe're seeking enthusiastic Junior Sales Representatives to help grow our business through door-to-door marketing and community engagement.

In this role, you'll connect directly with homeowners, introduce Rydel Roofing's services, identify potential roofing needs, and generate qualified leads for our sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a goal-oriented environment, and wants to develop valuable sales and communication skills.

No previous roofing or sales experience is required. We provide the training and support necessary to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with homeowners through door-to-door marketing in designated York Region neighbourhoods.
- Introduce Rydel Roofing's products and services in a friendly, confident, and professional manner.
- Identify homeowners who may benefit from roof repairs, replacements, or inspections.
- Generate qualified leads and coordinate appointments with our sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions and lead information.
- Participate in regular sales training, coaching, and team meetings.
- Consistently work toward individual and team performance targets.
- Represent the Rydel Roofing brand with professionalism, integrity,



and enthusiasm.
