Duties

- Assist with food preparation by chopping, slicing, marinating, and assembling ingredients for various dishes
- Cook meals according to established recipes and quality standards, maintaining consistency and flavor
- Handle food safely by following proper hygiene practices, storage procedures, and sanitation protocols
- Serve food efficiently to guests or team members while ensuring presentation meets company standards
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
- Support inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours

Experience

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are highly valued
- Familiarity with food handling safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
- Experience with meal preparation, cooking techniques, and food presentation
- Knowledge of serving procedures and customer service principles in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently under pressure
- Basic understanding of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance is a plus
