We specialize in helping homeowners transform their kitchens through a range of high value cost effective alternatives to a full re-model, including: cabinet refinishing, cabinet door replacement, refacing, and other home improvement solutions.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Kitchen Sales Representative to join our corporate team.

In this role, you will consult with homeowners and sell N-Hance kitchen and home improvement services across Canada, with most customer consultations conducted virtually. You will guide customers through their project options, recommend appropriate solutions, prepare estimates, follow up with prospective customers, and convert leads into sales.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with strong consultative sales skills and experience within the kitchen, renovation, home improvement, or related industries. You should be comfortable managing multiple sales funnels, building relationships with homeowners, and taking ownership of the sales process from initial consultation through closing.

This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a rapid-paced, results-oriented sales environment.

Responsibilities

- Conduct consultations with prospective customers, primarily through virtual appointments.
- Understand each customer's project, needs, preferences, budget, and expectations.




- Educate customers on N-Hance services and recommend appropriate solutions for their kitchen or home improvement project.
- Prepare and present estimates and proposals to prospective customers.
- Effectively communicate the value of N-Hance products and services and confidently guide customers through the purchasing decision.
- Follow up consistently with leads, estimates, and open opportunities to maximize sales conversions.
- Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure all necessary documentation and project information is accurately completed following each sale.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and keep customer and opportunity information up to date within the company's CRM.
- Track sales activity, conversion rates, revenue, and other key performance metrics.
- Work toward established weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in team meetings, sales training, and ongoing coaching to continuously improve sales performance and product knowledge.
- Act as a brand ambassador for N-Hance Canada and represent the company professionally throughout the customer experience.
- Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience,



preferably within kitchen renovations, cabinetry, home improvement, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales process from initial consultation through closing.
- Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience conducting virtual or consultative sales presentations is considered an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with homeowners.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and active opportunities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working toward defined sales targets and performance metrics.
- Comfortable using CRM software and other digital sales tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience.
