edging Garden bed maintenance and clean-ups Hedge trimming and pruning Site clean-up and debris removal Snow and ice removal Daily equipment care and organization Following systems and schedules accurately Role Requirements Minimum 1 year experience in landscape maintenance Class 5 driver's license (preferred, not required) Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions Ability to work efficiently and independently Willingness to learn and improve Compensation & Growth Competitive hourly wage production bonus, reviews bonuses and more. $40/hour during Winter season Extended Health Perks package 4 day work weeks, 3 day weekends Opportunity for Growth into Crew Lead role Feel free to also visit our website and social media pages to learn more about us!
