Full-Time | Supervisor Landscape Maintenance Leadership Position
Complete Landscape is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to lead, train, and develop our maintenance crews.
Our goal: Make our foremen better, increase the site quality for our customers, and make our crews more profitable.
This is a hands-on role, spending four days per week coaching foremen in the field and one day on training and operational planning. This is an opportunity to prove yourself and earn a spot on our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and develop foremen and field employees.
- Improve crew productivity and labour efficiency.
- Maintain exceptional property quality and customer retention.
- Lead employee training and Red Seal development.
- Conduct inspections and resolve operational concerns.
- Identify landscape enhancement opportunities.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of landscape foreman experience
- Proven leadership and employee development skills.
- Strong horticultural knowledge.
- Understanding of labour budgets and productivity.
Compensation
- $70,000 annual salary
- Up to $12,000 in performance bonuses
