With projects booked through September 2027, we offer steady, long-term employment for an experienced professional who is looking to become an important part of a reliable and growing team.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to oversee residential construction projects from start to finish.

This is a hands-on leadership position for a carpenter who can confidently manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate work, direct a crew, solve problems independently, and maintain consistently high standards of workmanship, safety, efficiency, and professionalism.

The successful candidate will work closely with the company owner, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and crew members to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and to the highest possible standard.

WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive starting wage of $38–$48 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability.

- Steady, long-term employment, with projects booked through September 2027.
- A variety of residential renovation, construction, and new construction projects.
- A professional and respectful working environment.
- The opportunity to work with an established company that values quality, initiative, accountability, and teamwork.
- The opportunity to play an important leadership role in the continued growth of Dee’s Contracting.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE The ideal candidate is an experienced carpenter who is confident working independently and capable of leading by example. You should be comfortable taking responsibility for project organization, directing employees, coordinating with other trades, communicating with clients,

and making sound decisions on site.

We are looking for someone who:
