About Us: Izzy's Window Cleaning is a growing, fast-paced exterior maintenance company dedicated to providing top-tier service to our clients. We take pride in our work and are looking for a reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented Lead Window Cleaning Technician to head up our crews, ensure high-quality results, and help us continue to expand.

The Role: As the Lead Window Cleaning Technician, you will be the face of our company on the job site. You will be responsible for executing high-quality exterior and interior window cleaning, managing helpers, and ensuring every job is completed safely and to the customer's satisfaction. We are especially looking for someone that has experience cleaning windows with a squeegee.

Key Responsibilities: * Lead and perform professional window cleaning for residential and commercial properties using traditional squeegee methods and water-fed pole systems.

- Manage, train, and guide any junior technicians and helpers on the job site. (Not Necessary Now)
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed, particularly when working with extension ladders, roof lines, or harnesses.
- Communicate professionally with clients upon arrival, during the job, and upon completion to ensure total satisfaction.




- Maintain and manage company equipment, vehicles, and inventory.
- Assist with other exterior maintenance services as needed (e.g., soft washing, pressure washing and eavestrough cleaning.

Requirements: * Experience: Must have at least 2 years of professional window cleaning experience.

- Leadership: Previous experience training or leading a crew is highly preferred.
- Driver’s License: Valid G-class driver’s license with a clean driving record (you will be driving company vehicles).
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, comfortably carry and climb extension ladders, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Attention to Detail: A strong eye for spotting streaks, smudges, and missed spots.
- Customer Service: Friendly, professional, and presentable at all times.
