P3 Mechanical & Electrical Ltd. is seeking a senior HVAC professional to lead installations, service, and maintenance across residential and commercial properties in Nanaimo.

You will help build a high-performing service team and establish effective workflows while mentoring apprentices as the team expands. The role requires Red Seal certification, Class B Gas Ticket, Class B-R FSR, and a minimum of 5 years of real-world HVAC experience.
