ParaMed is seeking a Community LPN Supervisor in Alberta to oversee Health Care Aides and Nurses delivering home health care. You will assess, implement, and evaluate clinical interventions to ensure secure, ethical care while guiding staff through coaching and mentoring.

You will lead huddles, one-on-one meetings, and ensure documentation aligns with funder guidelines. A strong clinical background and people leadership are essential.
