We are seeking motivated, professional, and results-driven Leasing Representatives to join our expanding team.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are confident in generating tenant leads, building relationships with prospective renters, and managing the leasing process independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Market and promote available residential rental properties through Facebook Marketplace, social media, online platforms, and personal networks.
- Independently generate and manage prospective tenant leads.
- Respond promptly to rental inquiries and provide accurate property information.
- Schedule and conduct in-person property showings.
- Follow up with prospective tenants and assist them throughout the application process.
- Collect rental applications and supporting documentation through approved secure channels.
- Coordinate with KeyOne Management's internal team for application reviews and tenant screening.
- Maintain organized records of leads, showings, and applications.
- Provide regular updates on leasing activities and prospective tenant interest.
- Support the successful placement of qualified tenants.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential leasing, sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently generate tenant leads.
- Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace and other online advertising platforms.
- Comfortable conducting in-person property showings.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned properties.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and professional.
- Familiarity with Ontario residential rental practices is an asset.

Work Arrangement
- Independent contractor opportunity, subject to applicable legal requirements.
- Flexible working hours.
- Combination of remote lead generation and in-person property showings.
- Representatives will be provided with available rental listings and are responsible for generating prospective tenant inquiries.
- This is an exclusive engagement for property management and leasing services during the contract period.
