Leasing Agent – Lease-Up Experience Prefereed

We're looking for an energetic, results-driven Leasing Agent with lease-up experience to join our team at a new or newly renovated community. You'll play a key role in building occupancy from the ground up, welcoming prospective residents, and creating a positive first impression that turns tours into signed leases. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, is comfortable working toward aggressive move-in goals, and brings a hands-on, solutions-focused approach to every day.

Responsibilities

- Drive lease-up momentum by meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly leasing and occupancy goals
- Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, and present unit features and community amenities
- Follow up promptly on leads from phone, email, online listings, and walk-ins to convert inquiries into leases
- Process applications, screen applicants,



and prepare lease agreements in accordance with company policy and Fair Housing regulations
- Coordinate move-ins, including unit readiness, orientation, and resident welcome materials
- Maintain accurate records in the property management software and CRM, and provide regular leasing activity reports
- Support marketing and outreach efforts, including community events, open houses, and local partnerships
- Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to keep model units, common areas, and vacant apartments show-ready

Pay: From $37,440.00 per year
