Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP is currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant to work with our Business Group in the Toronto office. This position will appeal to candidates who enjoy a busy and challenging position in an office with a great culture. Monitor and respond to time-sensitive matters, exercising sound judgment and initiative when lawyers are travelling or unavailable Coordinate business travel arrangements, including itineraries and supporting materials Assist with billing, expense processing, and monthly reporting Edit, format, proofread, and revise legal and business documents, correspondence, agreements, reports, and presentations Provide administrative and operational support as assigned and assist others as required A minimum of five years' experience as a Legal Assistant, preferably within a Business Law practice, supporting Corporate, Commercial, and/or Mergers & Acquisitions matters A Legal Assistant, Law Clerk, or Paralegal diploma,
