GemTek Recruiting is building a candidate pipeline for a potential Legal Counsel opportunity with a telecommunications company.

ABOUT THE POTENTIAL OPPORTUNITY The anticipated role offers the prospect to join a collaborative legal team supporting a telecommunications business. The position focuses on commercial agreements, practical legal advice, privacy matters, and legal support across business operations.

The role is currently described as remote within Ontario. Final terms and working arrangements will be confirmed if GemTek is engaged to conduct the search.

EXPECTED QUALIFICATIONS

- An LL.B. or J.D.
- Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Approximately 2 to 3 years of relevant legal experience.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.




- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- An interest in telecommunications and technology.
- A suitable home workspace for a remote position.
