The Barry Team is a top-10 real estate team in Ontario and Canada. We are about 15 licensed agents and 3 full-time staff selling 200 or more homes a year across Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, Welland, Thorold, Pelham, Fort Erie, Niagara-on-the-Lake and Lincoln. We are adding agents who want to sell more homes with real support behind them.

What you actually get

Most team ads say “leads and training.” Here is what that means with us:

- Buyer and seller opportunities generated by the team, plus a referral-based business built over 20 years that produces more than our agents can handle on their own
- A Sales Coach on staff who runs weekly one-on-ones with you
- Full time admin and transaction support so you spend your time with clients, not paperwork
- Inside sales (ISA) support for lead follow-up
- A staging team and a set marketing program on every listing
- Access to RealPro Community,

our agent education and mentorship group
- The eXp Realty platform behind all of it

Who this is for

- Licensed with RECO (new or experienced, both work, as long as you are coachable)
- Based in or willing to work Niagara full-time
- Comfortable with a CRM and willing to follow a system
- Someone who shows up, does the work and likes being part of a team

Who it is not for Agents who want the leads but not the accountability. We are a team. We share the wins and we hold each other to a standard.

How this works

Apply here or message Emily Barry directly on LinkedIn. We will have a short call, then meet in person, then walk through the numbers so you can decide with your eyes open.
