Job Overview

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Life Insurance Administrator to provide administrative support to our Life Insurance Producers and Group Benefits team during a 15-month parental leave coverage contract.

The successful candidate will assist with daily life insurance operations, investment-related administration, group advantages, and general office duties.

Responsibilities

- Life Insurance: Assist with quotes, applications, policy changes, client files, payments, and compliance documentation.
- Investment Administration: Assist with investment transactions, deposits, withdrawals, contributions, and account records.
- Group Benefits: Support quotes, applications, renewals, and client inquiries.




- Commission Processing: Download and organize monthly commission statements.
- General Administration: Answer calls, handle mail and cheques, maintain records, and provide daily office support.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in insurance or administration is preferred.
- Knowledge of life insurance, investments, or group benefits is an asset.
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Cantonese is preferred.

Pay: $3,500.00-$3,800.00 per month
