Role: The Lead Lift/Slope person ensures guest safety and productive operation of chairlifts and tows, supervises Lift/Slope staff, and assists with guest flow and lift operations.

Responsibilities: Assist with guest movement, coordinate staff breaks, handle escalated inquiries, assign and oversee daily tasks, train new hires, operate machinery safely, support parking lot activities, assist with loading/unloading guests, perform snow removal, maintain lift logs, and perform maintenance and safety checks.

Qualifications: Prior experience required, supervisory experience preferred. Must lift 50 pounds, shovel snow, possess problem-solving skills, hold a driver’s license, and have current First Aid and CPR certifications. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and perform physical tasks such as bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Skills: Strong safety awareness, customer service, leadership, and ability to operate large machinery.
