Duties

- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations
- Assist in food plating, presentation, and portion control to ensure consistency
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation during busy service hours
- Monitor food quality during preparation, making adjustments as needed for optimal taste and appearance
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure safety




- Support inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Robust understanding of serving protocols and customer service principles
- Excellent attention to detail in meal presentation and food handling practices
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
