Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workplace. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering excellent food service to our guests.

Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals eager to learn the food industry. This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and quality standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining consistency and presentation quality
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts




- Support other kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service
- Adhere to all restaurant policies regarding serving and food service procedures

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude
- Basic understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings as needed
- Passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.67-$20.00 per hour
