Line Cook / Prep Cook
Location: Downtown Cornwall, ON
Amici is an intimate, upscale Italian restaurant focused on artisanal cuisine, quality ingredients, and an elevated dining experience.
We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our opening team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh ingredients, sauces, and Italian dishes.
- Execute menu items with consistency and precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.
- Follow food safety and presentation standards.
- Assist with daily prep, inventory, and kitchen operations.
Requirements: Previous kitchen experience preferred, robust work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a team. Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
