We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role involves preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to specifications, and ensuring food safety standards are maintained.

The Line

Cook plays a vital part in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our kitchen operations, contributing to a positive atmosphere for both staff and guests.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards

- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations throughout shifts

- Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure health standards are met

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours

- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients or supplies





- Assist in plating dishes attractively and efficiently for service

- Adhere to restaurant policies regarding serving, food handling, and kitchen safety

Requirements

- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred

- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly

- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures

- Strong understanding of the food industry’s best practices for cleanliness and sanitation

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail

- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards serving guests

- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if needed

- Food industry experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
