We are looking for a hardworking and reliable individual to join a commercial property management company as a Live-Out Maintenance Technician in Toronto, ON. This is a roving position responsible for providing maintenance support across multiple commercial properties throughout the Toronto area.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision, has strong problem-solving skills, and pays close attention to detail. The successful candidate should have general maintenance and repair experience and be comfortable responding to a variety of maintenance needs at different properties.

As this is a roving position, a valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle are required.

Compensation will be approximately $55,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience, and includes a car allowance.
