About the Role

We are hiring a versatile Part-Time Loader Operator & Storefront Facility Maintenance Specialist. This dual-role position involves maintaining our storefront property after snow events—operating a front-end loader to clear the parking lot and hand-shoveling key pedestrian zones—as well as loading bulk materials for arriving customers. Spring and Summer role can lead into equipment operator or other openings the applicant is interested in.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate a front-end loader to transparent snow from our storefront parking lot and access points following all snow events.
- Hand-shovel and salt/ice-melt walkways, doorways, and tight spaces not accessible by machine.
- Safely operate the front-end loader during store hours to load bulk material (e.g., aggregate, soil, sand, or salt) into customer trucks and trailers.
- Provide friendly, helpful service to customers arriving for material pickup.




- Maintain loader equipment with daily checks, greasing, and cleanouts.
- Ensure the storefront lot remains clean, safe, and easily accessible.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Demonstrated experience operating a front-end loader (experience loading customer trucks/trailers is a strong asset).
- Physical ability to perform manual snow shoveling and site setup.
- Friendly customer service attitude and comfortable interacting with the public.
- Flexible availability to respond quickly after snowfall events and cover scheduled shift hours.
- Valid Driver’s License.
