Logistics Coordinator | Full-Time | St. John’s, NL

Cargocan Agency Ltd., part of the Eimskip Group, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our St. John’s team.

What You’ll Do

- Provide professional and responsive customer service
- Coordinate shipments from booking through delivery
- Communicate with customers, vendors, carriers, and service providers
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation
- Ensure invoicing is accurate, complete, and up to date
- Monitor shipments and provide timely status updates
- Identify potential delays or operational issues and work toward solutions
- Support the team with day-to-day freight forwarding and logistics activities

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and customer service skills




- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, or freight forwarding is an asset
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word is preferred
