Reporting to the Manager of Loyalty Marketing, this position is responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention and engagement for SIGA and the loyalty program, directly impacting casino visitation, carded play and overall revenue growth. This role will develop and manage all promotions, special events and engagement campaigns, and ensure that marketing and the loyalty club remains competitive, compelling and aligned with SIGA’s strategic map.

Developing and managing loyalty promotions and campaigns. Combining data-driven decision-making with creative strategies to deliver meaningful member experiences while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance with confidentiality regulations. Initiating and driving cross-functional collaboration.

Analyzing and optimizing member engagement and overall loyalty program metrics. Ensuring that loyalty initiatives are effectively executed through research,



innovation and alignment with various departments to maximize the loyalty program’s impact. Tracking and reporting on loyalty program budgets to ensure strategic allocation and alignment of resources.

Participating in other projects and activities as required, in support of SIGA’s priorities.

Successful completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Journalism, Communications or a related field.

Certified Loyalty Marketing

Skilled (CLMP) is an asset. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or Customer Relationship Management. Familiarity with campaign execution, analyzing performance metrics, and budget management is preferred.

Experience working with marketing technologies (i.e.

Casino

Marketplace, Bally Intelligence, Asana, etc.).
