Reporting to the Director of Affinity & Partner Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies.

This role focuses on strategic planning, performance analysis,



and optimizing marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth within affinity and white label groups.

Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and refine comprehensive marketing strategies based on customer insights, market trends, and data analytics. Create actionable marketing plans that align with business objectives and brand goals. Track the performance of go-to-market initiatives and iterate on strategies to achieve optimal results.

Performance

Analysis & Optimization Monitor and analyze growth and campaign performance by sector and region. Conduct data-driven assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimize and drive campaign effectiveness. Utilize multi-channel approaches to engage target audiences and drive pipeline growth.

Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, recommending strategic adjustments as needed. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a high-engagement and innovative culture. Offer continuous feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities to support team growth.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement Drive innovation by leveraging data and AI to improve marketing efficiencies and effectiveness.



Support the growth ambitions of affinity and white label marketing initiatives. Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing and any combination of equivalent education. marketing strategy, affinity marketing, or demand generation.

Strong understanding in data analysis and performance. Excellent project management skills, including budget management and timelines. No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
