Invitation Project

Burnaby

WHO WE ARE

Invitation Project is creating an app that helps Christians invite their close friends to discover & follow Jesus. Many Christians long to see someone in their life — a cousin, roommate, coworker — discover Jesus, but don't know how to start, or what to say.

We equip believers to invest intentionally in friendships with up to five people they already know, helping them discover Jesus. Everything we create is grounded in Scripture, shaped by grace, and built to honour the pace of every journey.

THE POSITION

We're looking for a Marketing & Community Specialist who can own the full surface area between Invitation Project and the world: social, email, App Store, community, and paid channels. As we head into launch, campaign execution is the priority: building and running the campaigns that drive installs, conversion, and early user growth. You'll be working with a small team, moving quickly, and executing with precision across multiple channels at once.

You'll report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with our design and production teams.

- Respond to user DMs, comments, and App Store reviews
- Own early adopter onboarding: ensure new users activate and feel supported
- Gather user feedback and surface it to the product team
- Build and maintain relationships with individual ministry contacts at the personal level, not institutional outreach

Analytics & Reporting

- Track and report on campaign performance: installs, conversion, MAU, channel ROI
- Monitor community sentiment: flag churn signals, disengagement, tone shifts

- Produce monthly performance reports

- Preferred: Portfolio or examples of copy, campaigns, or community work

If you don't meet all these requirements but are excited by the chance, please feel free to apply anyway. Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
