Key Responsibilities

Door-to-Door and Local Outreach

-Visit homes, businesses, and construction sites in assigned areas to introduce our services.

-Identify potential projects and decision-makers, such as property owners, builders, and business managers.

-Explain our services clearly and professionally, and arrange site visits or consultations.

-Distribute approved flyers, brochures, or other marketing materials.

-Record interactions, prospects, and follow-up needs in a CRM or lead-tracking system.

-Represent the company respectfully and follow local solicitation rules and safety procedures.

Online Marketing

-Create and schedule posts for the company’s social media accounts.

-Help update website content, service descriptions, photos, and project examples.

-Promote completed projects, customer testimonials, and company capabilities.

-Assist with local online listings and basic search visibility.

-Monitor messages, comments, and inquiries, and direct them to the right person.

-Track campaign activity and report on leads and engagement.





-Lead Generation and Follow-Up

-Respond promptly to current inquiries and collect essential project details.

-Qualify leads based on project type, location, timing, and scope.

-Schedule estimates, site visits, or calls with the appropriate team member.

-Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records.

-Share recurring customer questions and market feedback with management.

General Expectations

-Communicate professionally and build trust with prospective customers.

-Learn the company’s services, service area, and ideal project types.

-Coordinate with estimating and operations staff to ensure smooth handoffs.

-Meet agreed activity and lead-generation targets.

-Protect customer information and only use appropriate/approved content

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 25.0 per week
