Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Full-Time Mechanic to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of heavy equipment, industrial machinery, and sewing machines systems. Your expertise will ensure that all equipment operates safely and efficiently, supporting our operations across multiple sectors.

The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong mechanical background with a passion for problem-solving and hands-on work.

Duties

- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on heavy machinery such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools; execute repairs efficiently using hand tools and power tools.
- Conduct welding repairs and fabrication as needed to restore or enhance equipment functionality.
- Operate heavy equipment safely during maintenance procedures or troubleshooting tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance logs, and service reports to ensure compliance with safety standards.




- Assist with electrical troubleshooting and repairs on industrial machinery and automotive systems.
- Support the assembly of new equipment or machinery components according to technical specifications.

Skills

- Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in repair, industrial equipment, or Sewing machinery and maintenance.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues.
- Hands-on experience with machinery, HVAC systems, and other industrial equipment.
- Skilled in welding, using hand tools, power tools, and performing heavy lifting safely.
- Knowledge of electrical systems related to machinery operation and repair.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in quick-paced environments while maintaining safety standards.
