Join Our Growing Medical Aesthetics Team

We are seeking an accomplished, business-minded Aesthetic Nurse Injector with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience and a proven record of success in aesthetic medicine and medical spa operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators (Botox/Dysport), dermal fillers, and other applicable rejuvenation treatments within scope of practice.
- Conduct comprehensive consultations, facial assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
- Manage day-to-day medical spa operations, ensuring smooth clinic workflow and an exceptional patient experience.
- Drive revenue growth through ethical treatment recommendations, treatment packages, memberships, and patient retention strategies.
- Build and maintain a loyal patient base through outstanding service, follow-up, and relationship management.
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate clinic staff while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Support marketing initiatives, promotions, social media content, and strategies to attract new patients.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, informed consent, infection prevention,



and compliance with applicable Ontario regulations.
- Monitor clinic performance, booking conversion, rebooking rates, and revenue targets.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in aesthetic injectables and medical aesthetics.
- Current registration in good standing with the applicable Ontario regulatory college and authorization to perform the advertised clinical duties.
- Demonstrated experience managing or helping grow a medical spa or aesthetics clinic.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injection safety, complication recognition, and management.
- Proven ability to build a patient following, improve retention, and achieve business targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Business development, consultative sales, and team management experience are strong assets.
- A professional, polished, patient-focused approach with a passion for aesthetic medicine.

Pay: $30.00-$42.85 per hour
