Sales Representative — Commission Only Residential Safety Group (RSG) | Delta, BC Independent contractor opportunity | Full-time availability required RSG sells residential fire safety products to homeowners through scheduled appointments in their homes. We are looking for people who can present confidently, listen to customers, handle objections, explain pricing and ask for the sale. We provide appointments, training and coaching.

At the 20% commission rate, our smallest package pays $1,000 per sale on the low end . This is a commission-only independent contractor position. 15%after your first five sales. ~20%after five additional sales. On a $5,000 sale, your commission is $500 at 10%, $750 at 15% or $1,000 at 20% .

These are individual sale examples, not promised earnings. Attending an appointment does not guarantee a sale. You will attend scheduled appointments, demonstrate residential fire safety products, explain protection packages, answer customer questions and close sales professionally.

Customer meetings last approximately 1.5 hours on average . Driving, office coaching, paperwork and customer follow-ups also take time. Handling objections and asking for the sale. Completing sales paperwork and follow-ups.

We invest approximately $3,000 per month per representative in marketing to support those appointments. We provide product training, demonstration materials, mentorship and regular coaching.

A typical day includes office coaching at 10:30 a.m. , Full time availability, including daytime and evening appointments, is required. Saturday appointments are available with at least 72 hours’ notice. Travel opportunities for top performers These opportunities are not offered to everyone.
