Plan and coordinate all field, shop and third-party repairs and related paperwork for equipment. Collaborate daily with operations coordinators to ensure that there are plans in place to move equipment to and from 3 rd party shops. Oversee the preventative maintenance program ensuring that programs are followed by all 3 rd party shops.

Visit 3 rd party shop for equipment check ups, ensure accurate quoting, quality control, and that required procedures are followed. Follow unit repairs at 3 rd party vendor shops from start to finish. Work with maintenance administration team on quotes and billing, ensuring PO's are issued for each project and are up to date to align with quotes.

Liaise with the parts professionals ensuring that all shipping, receiving and related tasks are completed efficiently. 5/2 rotation: This role follows a 5/2 (Monday-Friday), though the schedule may be subject to change based on organizational needs.
