Millwright – Machine Building & Field Installation

Trited Innovation Inc. has designed and built custom robotics and automation machinery since 2008 for the plastics, metals and automotive industries. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Millwrights to build machines in our shop and install them at customer sites in Canada and the United States.

What you’ll do

- Build, assemble and align custom automation equipment and robotic cells from mechanical drawings
- Fit, install and adjust conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, linear guides, pneumatic and hydraulic parts
- Help with machine testing, debugging and run-off before shipping
- Travel to customer sites in Canada and the USA to install machines, commission them and support customers
- Troubleshoot and fix mechanical problems on site
- Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized

What we’re looking for

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine building, automation or industrial maintenance
- Able to read mechanical drawings, assembly drawings and pneumatic schematics
- Comfortable using precision measuring tools and alignment methods
- Living within commuting distance of Cambridge, Ontario (Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, Brantford or nearby)




- Valid passport and right to work in Canada ability to enter the US for the installation trips
- Valid Ontario G licence with a clean driver’s abstract, and your own reliable vehicle

Nice to have

- Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A) certificate
- Experience with robotics, pnumatics, plastics or automotive equipment
- Welding and fabrication skills

Pay: $28.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
