Complete Security Solutions Inc. (CSS) is currently seeking a reliable, responsible, and professional Mobile Patrol Guard based in Medicine Hat, Alberta, to assist with mobile security patrol services on an as-required basis.

This prospect is particularly suitable for someone looking to supplement their existing income with a limited amount of flexible work that can be scheduled around other employment, personal commitments, or existing responsibilities.

Assignments will be scheduled based on operational requirements, and the amount of available work may vary.

POSITION DETAILS The successful candidate may be responsible for:

- Conducting mobile security patrols at assigned properties throughout Medicine Hat.
- Attending client sites as directed by CSS operations or dispatch.
- Performing exterior and interior property checks, where required.
- Checking doors, gates, access points, parking areas, common areas, and other designated locations.
- Identifying and reporting suspicious activity, property damage, safety concerns, unauthorized persons, or other security-related issues.
- Responding appropriately to alarms, incidents, or other assigned mobile-service calls.
- Completing patrol reports, occurrence reports, incident reports, and other required documentation.
- Communicating significant findings or security concerns to CSS supervisors, management, clients, or emergency services when required.
- Following site-specific instructions, post orders, patrol procedures, and company policies.
- Maintaining professional conduct while representing Complete Security Solutions Inc.

This is not intended to be a guaranteed full-time position. Assignments will generally be limited and scheduled based on client and operational requirements. COMPANY-PROVIDED EQUIPMENT For assigned mobile patrol duties, CSS will provide:

- Company vehicle.
- Company mobile phone.
- Security uniform.
- Required operational information and site instructions.

The company vehicle is to be used only for authorized CSS duties and in accordance with company policies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must possess:

- A valid Alberta Security Services Licence.




- A valid driver's licence.
- A satisfactory driving record suitable for operating a company vehicle.
- Ability to safely operate a vehicle during assigned patrol duties.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Good written English communication skills.
- Ability to complete clear and accurate patrol and incident reports.
- Basic smartphone and mobile-application proficiency.
- Solid observation skills and attention to detail.
- Reliability, punctuality, and professional conduct.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to appropriately communicate security concerns and incidents.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Applicants should reside in Medicine Hat or the immediate surrounding area. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS The following will be considered an advantage:

- Previous mobile security patrol experience.
- Previous security industry experience.
- Experience responding to alarms or after-hours service calls.
- Experience conducting commercial, residential, retail, industrial, or construction-site patrols.
- Experience completing electronic patrol reports or incident reports.
- Experience using security reporting or guard-management applications.
- Strong knowledge of Medicine Hat and surrounding areas.
- First Aid / CPR certification.
- Conflict-resolution or de-escalation training.
- Strong customer-service experience.

COMPENSATION

Compensation: Negotiable.

- Assignment requirements and responsibilities.
