We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Motel Manager to oversee the full scope of our property’s daily operations. On-site accommodation in a manager’s suite is available to the successful candidate. This is entirely optional, and off-site living arrangements are equally acceptable.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Manage front-of-house operations, including guest check-in and check-out, reservations, and customer service

- Oversee back-of-house operations, including housekeeping standards and maintenance coordination

- Manage vendor and supplier relationships

- Supervise, schedule, and evaluate staff

- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and payroll administration

- Ensure efficient operations and a high standard of guest satisfaction

Qualifications





- Previous experience in hotel or motel management, or hospitality supervision

- Solid organizational and communication skills

- Proficiency with basic accounting and scheduling software

- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Compensation and Benefits

- Full-time, salaried position

- Compensation open to negotiation based on experience

- On-site manager’s suite available at the candidate’s discretion

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
