- Night Auditors are responsible for greeting and registering the guest
- Providing outstanding guest service during their stay
- Settling the guest’s account upon completion of their stay.
- Counting cash and enacting proper cash controls
- Proper telephone management of answering calls & transferring calls
- Making and modifying reservations and conducting concierge duties.
- Following up on known guest requests prior to the arrival period
- Handle the Breakfast when needed
- Balancing the days revenues and running the End of Day process.
- Public Area cleaning and walkarounds will be required on the overnight shift.
- Do the laundry and other work assigned by the Manager.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
