A community health organization in Ontario seeks a Nurse Practitioner for a permanent part-time role. The NP will provide comprehensive, client-centered primary care and addiction-focused services to individuals experiencing homelessness and complex health challenges. Ideal candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Nursing and possess a current Certificate of Registration.

This position supports community wellness, advocating for clients while working within a cooperative interprofessional team to address various health needs.
