- Administer medications, including injections and IV therapies, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage patient cases by coordinating services such as laboratory testing, phlebotomy, and diagnostic imaging.
- Provide patient education on health management strategies, medication usage, and preventive care practices.
- Assist with medical procedures related to pain management, dementia care, and acute illnesses in diverse settings including nursing homes,



assisted living facilities, hospitals, and home care environments.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies while utilizing electronic health record systems effectively.

Skills

- Extensive experience working with all populations in various healthcare settings.
- Ability to collaborate with a team that is providing wellness in other aspects.
- Robust knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration protocols, and clinical procedures related to acute and chronic conditions.
- Proficiency with electronic health record platforms for documentation and case management.
- Skilled in laboratory procedures including phlebotomy and laboratory result interpretation.
- Experience managing dementia patients and providing specialized dementia care strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for patient education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and family engagement.
