This is a hands-on role with variety, responsibility, and room to grow. You’ll work closely with a small team where your ideas are welcome, your work matters, and people count on one another.

- Employee benefits
- Paid vacation and personal time
- Reduced summer work hours
- Additional time away over the Christmas season
- Professional development and industry training

- Long-term career potential with a growing firm

About the Role You’ll help clients feel welcomed and supported while keeping paperwork, appointments, and follow-ups moving. Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating appointments, calendars, and meeting preparation
- Preparing client forms, correspondence, reports, and meeting materials
- Supporting investment account and individual life insurance administration

You’ll receive support while you learn, with increasing independence as you become comfortable in the role.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re organized, approachable, and dependable. You take satisfaction in completing a request, keeping an accurate file, and making someone’s day a little easier.

You bring

- Previous administrative, office coordination, or client service experience
- Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through
- Warm, professional communication by phone, email, and in person
- The ability to manage competing priorities and keep others informed
- Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and digital documents
- A willingness to learn CRM systems, online portals, and new technology
- Good judgment and discretion when handling confidential information

Experience in financial services, insurance, investments, or banking would be especially valuable. We also welcome applicants from accounting, legal, and other professional office environments. Experience with Maximizer CRM or insurance and investment platforms is an asset. A Life and Accident & Sickness insurance licence is welcome but not required.

If you have a strong administrative foundation and an interest in financial services, we’d like to hear from you.

Our Team and Culture

We’re a relationship-driven financial services firm helping individuals, families, and business owners with financial planning, investments, insurance, employee benefits, and retirement planning.

Our approach is simple: listen carefully, communicate clearly, follow through, and treat people well.

That applies to our team as much as our clients. We value people who take ownership, ask questions, help one another, and speak up when something needs attention. You don’t need to arrive knowing everything—we want someone who is willing to learn and cares about doing the work well.

We expect accuracy and accountability, and we understand that mistakes happen. What matters is being open, helping resolve the issue, and learning from it.

We’re also improving how we work through technology, including AI and automation. You don’t need to be an expert, but curiosity and a willingness to learn are welcome. Protecting client information remains central to everything we do.

How to Apply

Please apply with your resume and a short note telling us what interests you about the role and the experience you would bring.

A formal cover letter isn’t necessary. We’d simply like to get a sense of who you are and why this opportunity feels like a positive fit.

We look forward to hearing from you.
