The role focuses on protected, reliable, and efficient plant performance, including outages, contractor oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualified candidates bring a mechanical/electrical background, leadership experience in power generation, and strong skills in safety systems, CMMS, and root-cause analysis.
