Role Description

We are seeking a French tutor to deliver engaging, live online lessons to children and teens aged 5–16 using Pedingo’s prepared teaching slides and structured curriculum.

Responsibilities

- Deliver interactive French lessons covering grammar, vocabulary, reading, and conversation.
- Adapt teaching methods to students’ ages, proficiency levels, and learning needs.
- Review lesson materials before classes and ensure punctual attendance.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and caregivers.




- Maintain a professional online teaching workplace and collaborate with the Pedingo team to ensure consistent lesson quality.

Qualifications

- Native or near-native fluency in French.
- English proficiency of at least B1 (intermediate), with the ability to communicate clearly with students and parents. B2 proficiency is an advantage.
- Experience teaching or tutoring children and teenagers, preferably in French.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Comfortable using Zoom and other online learning tools.
- Reliable internet connection, a suitable computer, and a quiet workspace.
- A background in languages, education, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
