About The Role

The Online Marketplace Associate will organize all Online Marketplace functions. The incumbent will manage organizational sales by developing business plans and meeting planned goals with support from the Senior Online Marketplace Associate, Supervisor, Manager, General Manager of Online Marketplaces. The Associate will be responsible for the fulfillment of merchant orders and/or replenishment of maintained stock levels, account management, and keeping the account in good health.

Responsibilities

- Ensure timely merchant order fulfillment at multiple marketplaces.
- Create a daily shipment plan for multiple marketplaces and fulfill all related tasks on time, e.g., Scanning items into the system, creating shipping labels, and packaging orders.
- Ensure accuracy in all deliveries and fulfillment to maintain merchant account performance.
- Give feedback to the Team Lead on inventory levels.
- To fulfill merchant orders, replenishment of maintained Amazon stock levels, Amazon account management, and keep the Amazon account in positive health.
- Conduct regular analyses of the market to ensure that the product is placed on the online platform that provides the highest ROI.
- Ensure all products are listed on assigned marketplaces on time.
- Process Returns & Refunds for the assigned marketplaces promptly.




- Complete all reporting-related tasks as assigned.
- Helping Team Leader Online Marketplaces in any task upon request.
- This role is part of the Office opening and closing roster and can be assigned opening/closing duties.

Qualifications
- Equivalent combination of 1-3 years related experience, or education.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to define customer problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Demonstrated ability to seek out, identify, qualify, and capture revenue opportunities to achieve short and long-term strategic goals.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
